Bio-data and/or horoscope of any prospective bride/bridegroom (alternatively called profile) which, the Administrators consider defamatory, abusive, obscene, or illegal will not be uploaded.

2. Legal capacity: Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into the agreement and submit relevant information.

3. Usage by customer: Permission granted to a customer to access this website is for personal use only and not for transferring to others.

4. Denial of access: Administrators of the website can deny a customer access to the website in case of misconduct.

5. Fair usage: There may be limits on the number of profiles a user can download on the same day from this website.

The customer shall not transmit any chain of letters or junk email to other customers. As it is not possible for the Administrators of this website to monitor the manner in which its customers utilize the services available in this website, the customers should be aware of the fact that it is a violation of this Agreement on their part to use any information obtained from this website to harass, abuse or harm any person, or to contact, advertise, solicit, or sell to any other customer without their prior explicit consent. The customers shall not send to other customers any messages that are obscene, lewd, licentious, and defamatory, promote hatred and/or are racial or abusive in any manner. Transmission of any such messages shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and the Administrators shall be entitled to withdraw the permission granted to the customer to access and utilize the services in this website forthwith. The customers may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on this website or communicate/contact/respond/ interact with the Administrators and/or the customers. All lawful, legal and non-objectionable messages, content and/or other information, that the customer sends for uploading on this website shall become the property of the Administrators. The Administrators reserve the right to scrutinize all such information, content and/or material given by the customer before uploading them in this website.

The customers are solely responsible for the content sent by them to upload, publish or display (hereinafter "post") on this website. By sending the content to the Administrators for uploading in this website, the customers automatically represent and warrant that the customers have the right to grant to the Administrators and other customers of this website an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use such content for matrimonial purpose only.

● A profile uploaded in the website will be checked for its correctness by the customer and it will be immediately activated for viewing by other customers after the customer has assured its correctness. The customer may point out to the Administrators any omission or correction in his/her profile.

● The customers alone are responsible for their connections with other customers through this website.

● The customers must ensure that the prospective bride/bridegroom is legally eligible to get married. The Administrators shall not be responsible for misuse of any facility/service in this website by the customer.

● A customer furnishing a matrimonial profile is required to give all the facts essential for establishing a marital relationship. The Administrators are not responsible in any way for the loss or damage to any customer due to concealment of facts which are relevant to marriage by another customer.

● The Administrators, in no way, assure the genuineness of the information provided by the customers.

● The customers shall not have any claim against the Administrators for any delay in posting their information in this website due to any technical reason.

● The Administrators are not liable for damages caused due to any incorrect information provided by the customers regarding the religion, caste or creed or any other personal information. If the customers’ profile is deemed to be unfit, the Administrators are entitled to delete the same at any point of time without any notice.

● The Administrators cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to discontinuation of the service. The Administrators cannot be held responsible for any damage caused due to others accessing customers’ profile.

● The Administrators do not assure that the customer, as an applicant, will receive responses and they cannot be held responsible for it.

● The Administrators are not legally responsible for any delay or shortcomings in the operation of the website due to technical or other reasons.

● The customers shall not

(a) Harass or advocate harassment of another customer of this website;

(c) Promote information that is false, misleading, illegal or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

18. Disclaimers.
